FAQ

I ship all my products within Sweden and EU. All orders are sent with traceable and reliable shipping. 

 

Recycled packing materials are used as much as it is possible and all products sends in rolls or cartons. 

Sweden: 
Free shipping 

Delivery in 2-4 working days with Postnord.

EU:
Shipping fee: Standard shipping 70 SEK. Heavy shipping 149 SEK.

 

Delivery in 3-7 working days with Postnord.

 

DELIVERY

- When your order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It takes normal 3-5 business days for me to process your order. The shipping takes 1-3 business days. 
After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

- A shipping fee is added to your order upon check out. All orders are sent with Postnord. The buyer is responsible for any custom fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

 

RETURNS

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 - Notify me in a clear statement to contact@kajsahagelin.se before the cancellation period. Provide your name and order information.

- All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not full these criteria.

- Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. We recommend using a traceable service so that the item and your refund aren’t lost.

- The customer is responsible for return costs.

We will pay back the order as soon as we receive your return and make sure its in unbroken condition. You’ll get an email confirming that we received your return.
